Recently, the Lanett City Schools Child Nutrition Department hosted the Fall Region One meeting for the Alabama School Nutrition Association on October 2, 2025 for local school Child Nutrition directors and staff within the assigned region. An internationally known speaker, MGM, Maureen G. Mulvaney, provided an awesome presentation on "Teamwork is Making the Dream work; You are making the difference". The meeting consisted of food, fellowship, and fun while sharpening professional development skills. The hardworking staff of the Child Nutrition Department assisted the CNP director, Ms. Harrison-Foote in hosting the event.

Students attending Lanett City Schools can get into this Friday's football game for just $1! They must buy their ticket at school between Wednesday and Friday at noon. No student tickets will be sold at the gate. We hope to see you there!

Location: Central Office The second reading and final vote on the 2025-2026 Fiscal budget will be held on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at 2:00 pm. Location: Central Office All members of the public are invited to attend.
